Qualifications

• College degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in Treasury Management operations at a mid-size or large lending institution.
• Strong IT background with system integrations and secure data transmission.
• Knowledge of commercial/ Treasury Management products and services.
• Familiarity with treasury platforms, ERP systems, and banking APIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist TMIS Operations Manager in maintaining and monitoring operations and audits.
• Archive and image reports, approvals, enrollment forms, and perform quality control.
• Process transactions and approvals for ACH & Wires within authority limits.
• Support TMIS operations during day-to-day, certifications, and service issues.
• Coordinate projects related to product development, bank integrations and conversions; provide demonstrations and training.
• Lead or assist in on-time completion of special projects for service updates on multiple platforms.
• Maintain accuracy of client data in bank files and systems.
• Support divisional projects and initiatives under TMIS Operations Manager.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting to agencies and internal departments.
• Manage updates to the TMPS enrollment form and integrate with systems.
