Job summary

Cathay Bank is seeking a VP, Commercial Banking Client Service Manager responsible for Treasury Management onboarding and ongoing client servicing. You will oversee onboarding, implementation, training, and technical support to provide a premier white-glove experience for Treasury Management clients.

You will act as the primary liaison among commercial clients, Treasury Sales Officers, Operations, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and superior service.

• They will deliver a premier white glove client experience throughout onboarding, implementation, training, technical support, and ongoing servicing lifecycle for Treasury Management clients.
