Job summary

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Treasury Operations Manager in Plano, TX. You will lead the operational support, settlement, and control framework for extensive debt and derivatives portfolios, while driving automation, AI, and process improvements across global treasury activities.

You will report to the National Manager, Treasury Operations and partner with Tax, Legal, IT, and Accounting to enable strategic programs and maintain robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in complex treasury operations or related fields.
• Hands-on experience leading, developing, and scaling a high-performing team.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational support, settlement, and control for large debt and derivatives portfolios.
• Drive automation, AI, and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure accurate settlement, reconciliation, and risk monitoring with global counterparties.
• Coach and develop a high-performing treasury team and align with cross-functional partners.
