Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Global Cash & Treasury Operations Manager to scale our treasury infrastructure and governance. You will own daily cash positioning, intercompany funding, FX settlements, and strategic investments, while leading modernization through AI tools and automated workflows.

You will partner across AP, AR, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and IT to align treasury design with business growth, regulatory requirements, and SOX controls, ensuring scalable, transparent capital management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated cash management experience in a fast-scaling tech company or multi-entity environment.
• Proven fixed income portfolio management and market navigation skills.
• Hands-on experience with modern treasury infrastructure and AI-enabled automation.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, and global entity cash reporting.
• Manage in-house and external fixed income portfolios and trading execution.
• Redesign treasury workflows and automate bank connectivity and data flows.
