Databricks seeks a high-impact Global Cash & Treasury Operations Manager to scale our treasury infrastructure. You will own daily cash positioning, investment strategies, and governance of banking relationships, with a focus on automation and cross-functional alignment across the company.

You will drive transformation by leveraging AI tools, modern treasury platforms, and rigorous policy enforcement to support growth and regulatory compliance in a global multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated Cash Management experience within a fast-scaling tech company or multi entity/currency enterprise environment.
• Proven track record managing corporate fixed income portfolios and navigating financial markets.
• Proficiency in modern treasury infrastructure (Clearwater, ChathamDirect, FXAll, SAP/Netsuite systems) and hands-on experience leveraging AI platforms to automate workflows and enhance reporting.
• Strong track record of partner management with cross-functional teams to solve systemic operational challenges.
• Self-starter mindset with drive to build robust documentation, eliminate manual overhead, and own global outcomes.
• Proven ability to shift between granular execution and treasury architecture design for a growing enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Global Cash & Liquidity Management: daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, and global entity cash reporting.
• Investment Portfolio Strategy: manage fixed income portfolios, drive trading execution, yield optimization, month-end closes, SOX compliance, and GAAP disclosures.
• Operational Transformation & Automation: redesign treasury workflows, deploy AI, ticketing tools, ERP integrations, and automated bank connectivity.
• Policy Ownership: draft and enforce global policies for cash, investments, and counterparty exposure limits.
• Bank & Counterparty Relationships: manage global banking partnerships and review fee structures.
• Letters of Credit: oversee issuance, reporting and bank allocation.
• Cross-Functional Architecture & M&A: lead treasury integration for M&A and expansion, partner with AP/AR/Payroll/Procurement/Legal/Tax/IT.
• Systems Administration: manage access, data integrity, and compliance across key systems.
