Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Treasury leader to direct critical cross-functional initiatives, drive automation using AI tooling including Claude, and optimize banking relationships as the company scales. The role reports to the Treasurer and emphasizes end-to-end ownership and accountability.

You will guide the direction of Treasury, build key tooling, and ensure timely execution of debt, SOX, and regulatory obligations while collaborating across finance, legal, and operations.

• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional strategic initiatives for Treasury.
• Build Treasury's AI tooling using Claude for dashboards and automations.
• Consolidate and optimize banking relationships across teams.
• Own Treasury's work integrating M&A-related due diligence and integration.
• Establish operating cadence and ensure compliance with debt-related and SOX requirements.
• Design cross-functional deliverables and dashboards for visibility.
