Job summary

Stifel, Incorporated is seeking a Treasury Associate to perform clerical duties in our St. Louis office. You will support office management, reconcile accounts, answer phones, and assist with routine bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities include processing deposits, handling wires and ACH, and supporting branch cashier associates with deposits and inquiries, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role requires solid Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• General knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• General understanding of rules/regulations and Stifel policies that pertain to the department

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and classify financial information.
• Enter and/or approve outgoing wires.
• Process incoming bank wires and related transactions.
• Assist branch cashier associates with check deposits and check issuance questions and other clerical duties.
