Job summary

Stivers Staffing Services in the Akron area seeks an Executive Treasury Assistant to support daily banking, cash positioning, and treasury operations. You will work with the finance leadership team to ensure accurate processes and timely transactions.

The role requires an Associate degree in Accounting or Finance and prior banking or cash-management experience. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, DocuSign, and SharePoint is expected; Dynamics GP/Sage familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience in banking, cash management, or treasury operations is required.
• Up to five years of corporate-level experience is acceptable.
• Proficiency with Excel and digital tools (DocuSign, SharePoint) is expected.
• Experience with Dynamics GP is preferred; Sage or similar platforms are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Import banking data and reporting into Power BI for cash-flow analysis and reporting.
• Process and record physical check deposits with accuracy and documentation.
• Monitor bank activity for about 20 accounts across three institutions.
• Coordinate account funding and movement of funds with leadership oversight.
• Occasional evening meetings may occur every few months as needed.
