Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent college coursework, or 2 years' securities or banking operations.
• 2-4 years' related experience preferred.
• Excellent Excel/Word/Outlook and web apps proficiency.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and clerical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deposit checks to bank accounts using processing software.
• Classifies, computes, and records financial information.
• Process stop payments and voiding of checks.
• Assist branch cashier with deposits and questions.
• Enter and/or approve outgoing wires.
• Process incoming wires and ACH.
• Handle returned checks and wires.
