Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 0-2 years' professional business-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving department results for the Operations IRA and Qualified Plans team.
• Perform data entry manually or via Stifel’s eQuest system and conduct quality checks.
• Review forms submitted by branch personnel for accuracy and completeness.
• Index documents, verify data, and respond to information requests.
• Answer calls and handle correspondence as directed.
