Job summary

OceanFirst Bank is seeking a Treasury Client Services Onboarding Specialist to open commercial and government accounts, onboard new TM products, and train customers on new services. You will deliver white-glove onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to TCS Service after implementation.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and multitasking in a hybrid environment with on-site offices and remote work possibilities after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AS or BS Degree strongly preferred in Finance, Business or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years, 5 preferred, of customer service experience from a professional environment that required direct contact with the customer.
• Minimum of 3 years of Treasury Client Services Service experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open Commercial and Government accounts and onboard new and existing Treasury Management products and services.
• Provide white glove service by training the customer on their new service(s) and transitioning to TCS Service.
• Complete setup of Treasury products and services for new and existing Commercial and Government customers.
• Communicate updates with internal partners and customers on status and progression.
• Process changes, updates, and additions for customer products and services.
