Qualifications

• Active student pursuing a degree in business, sales, finance, or economics.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work with data, perform basic financial analysis, identify trends and opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Interest in banking, commercial payments, Treasury Management, and merchant services.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to interact with partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Treasury Management Analysts with client research, relationship reviews, proposals, and onboarding activities.
• Support Treasury Management account opening, documentation collection, and e-signature workflows.
• Assist with Treasury Management reviews, maintenance, implementation, and reporting.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and tracking tools for pipeline management and team initiatives.
• Research Treasury Management products, market trends, and competitive offerings.
• Assist with merchant onboarding, applications, implementation coordination, and service requests.
• Support preparation of merchant pricing materials, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Assist with merchant portfolio reporting and relationship support initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to support implementation and training.
• Research payment acceptance solutions and industry trends.
