Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years banking experience.
• 5+ years banking experience in commercial lending, treasury management, or related area.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
• High degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Treasury Management team in delivering superior service to engaged Treasury Management relationships.
• Handles day-to-day Treasury Management customer support via phone and email.
• Supports the sales team with statement analysis and project work.
• Follows up with customers on files and approvals.
• Maintains accurate data files and service inventory logs.
• Assists with product implementation and user training as needed.
• Expands knowledge of treasury management products and services.
