Job summary

Switchboard Hiring is seeking a Treasury Management Officer for a well-established community bank. The role focuses on producing treasury solutions for business owners, growing deposits, and expanding treasury-related fee income.

You will collaborate with commercial lenders, shape treasury services, and guide implementation for ACH, wires, RDC, and online banking across the bank's footprint. A CTP is a plus, with a strong focus on relationship-driven sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of banking experience with production in treasury management sales, cash management, or commercial deposit relationships.
• Working knowledge of core treasury services—ACH, wires, online banking, remote deposit capture, positive pay.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients, delivering treasury solutions that optimize cash flow and reduce risk.
• Identify new business opportunities within client portfolios to drive deposit growth and treasury-related fees.
• Partner with loan officers on joint calling to win operating accounts and treasury relationships.
• Conduct needs assessments and present proposals with product demonstrations and benefits of treasury management services.
• Oversee treasury management implementation, coordinating setup and client training for ACH, wires, RDC, positive pay, and online banking.
