Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• 5+ years in treasury management, banking operations, or related areas.
• 3+ years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, and business online banking.
• Experience with treasury implementation, onboarding, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, implementation, testing, training, and activation of Treasury Management products and services.
• Lead Treasury Management Specialists and drive service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage tier 2 support, escalations, and incident resolution for Treasury Management services.
• Develop controls to mitigate fraud, operations, and regulatory risk while ensuring compliance.
• Prepare management reporting on department performance, service delivery, and risk indicators.
