Job summary

Zions Bancorporation, a premier financial services company, is seeking a TM Technical Services Specialist to provide level 1 and 2 support for Treasury Management products, including TM Internet Banking, Remote Deposit, ACH, and more. The role involves training clients, resolving hardware/software compatibility issues, and delivering exceptional service to Treasury Management clients.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of banking, treasury and cash management products/services, IT hardware, software, computer applications, networks or other directly related experience.
• Good customer service, problem solving, analysis and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to train clients on Treasury Management products and systems.
• Must be detail oriented and able to identify and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support and training for TM products.
• Introduce TM Knowledge Center to users and resolve hardware/software compatibility issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with complex technical issues.
• Identify, investigate and propose solutions to technical issues; work toward root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate cross-affiliate enrollments and testing setups; stay updated on upgrades.
• Stay abreast of technology upgrades and product enhancements; adhere to bank policies.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
