Qualifications

• Five or more years in banking, customer service, treasury management support, or related financial services experience.
• Experience supporting commercial customers, business online banking, ACH origination, Positive Pay, or treasury management services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound commercial customer support via the Helpdesk.
• Serve as SME for complex business inquiries and treasury service implementations.
• Lead end-to-end treasury service setup: Positive Pay, ACH origination, Remote Deposit Capture, wires, bill pay, sweep, lockbox, merchant services, ISC, ZBA.
• Maintain access and entitlements for business online banking; manage tokens and user setup.
• Prepare and maintain customer documentation and onboarding records.
• Research and resolve escalated treasury service issues and fraud concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate complex client implementations.
• Educate customers and internal partners on treasury services and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to convert non-analyzed accounts to analyzed relationships.
