Job summary

Vericast is seeking a Treasury Management professional to guide clients through online banking upgrades and conversions. You will deliver training, provide support across multiple channels, and manage client relationships with a focus on NACHA and treasury services.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 5+ years in Treasury Management, B2B experience, and strong communication skills. This contract role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• BS in business/finance/accounting or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management.
• Experience with NACHA files and online banking/treasury systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients during online banking upgrades or conversions for small to large businesses.
• Provide technical support, customer service and sales assistance to clients.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions for transitioning to new online banking platforms.
• Consult with clients to identify additional needs related to products/services.
• Provide contact center support for commercial bank clients across multiple channels.
• Maintain complete records of customer interactions as required.
• Complete initial and ongoing training for Digital Conversion Professional program.
• Provide exceptional white-glove service to top-tier clients.
