Job summary

Vericast seeks a Treasury Management Conversion Specialist to guide clients through online banking upgrades and seamless transitions from legacy to target platforms. You will provide expert support, drive training initiatives, and coordinate with sales to identify client needs and opportunities.

This contract role requires 6 months to 5+ years in Treasury Management, strong MS Office skills, and proven ability to manage high-profile corporate accounts while delivering white-glove service.

Qualifications

• BS in business/finance/accounting or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 5+ years of Treasury Management experience.
• Experience with NACHA files, online banking and treasury services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients during online banking upgrade or conversion.
• Provide technical support, customer service and sales assistance.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual classroom trainings for clients transitioning to new platforms.
