Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Servicing Specialist in the Birmingham area to handle client calls, provide technical assistance, and deepen client relationships. You will stay updated on TM products and collaborate with Sales, Product and Implementation teams to deliver solutions.

The role emphasizes professional communication, adherence to bank policies, and ongoing client training on Treasury Management tools. Prior banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–4 years related experience or training recommended.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products, including Treasury Management.
• Ability to resolve technical issues and maintain professional client rapport.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls to fulfill servicing requests and provide technical assistance.
• Resolve issues on the first call to build client relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of Treasury Management tools and services from end-user and technical perspectives.
• Present needs-based product recommendations to deepen banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Sales, Product and Implementation teams.
• Provide client training and support on TM products.
