Job summary

Landmark Credit Union in Wisconsin seeks a Treasury Management Business Development Officer to drive externally and with Commercial Banking relationships, identifying businesses with treasury needs and educating them on Landmark's treasury products.

The ideal candidate brings sales experience, deep knowledge of treasury management tools, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions while collaborating across departments as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years banking experience in Business Banking, Cash Management or Treasury Management
• CTP designation a plus
• Knowledge of Treasury Management solutions and banking technology for automation and reconciliation
• Ability to independently generate Treasury Management leads and prospects
• Ability to articulate client needs and deliver solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with independent judgment
• Strong oral/written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment with attention to detail
• Understand and comply with relevant laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Identify new treasury management relationships externally and internally
• Prepare proposals with analysis and pricing
• Cross-sell treasury management products to clients
• Retain and deepen existing Member relationships
• Communicate onboarding expectations and timelines for new clients/products
• Recommend deposit products and treasury management services based on trends
• Perform annual reviews and risk assessments for remote deposit capture, wire and ACH
• Participate in meetings for sales direction and prospecting
• Benchmark rates and product features and make recommendations
