Job summary

Landmark Credit Union seeks a Treasury Management professional to oversee commercial account preparation and compliance. You will liaise between Commercial Lending and branches to ensure proper setup of accounts, loans, and cards, traveling to branches as needed to open complex Business Memberships.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial banking, strong documentation and customer service skills, and proficiency in Temenos and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1. High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three years in a personal financial officer or similar role.
• 2. Knowledge of commercial banking account lifecycle and documentation.
• 3. Experience with small business auto loans and credit cards.
• 4. Strong customer service for members and business partners.
• 5. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Temenos or similar systems.
• 6. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, organization.
• 7. Understanding of applicable bank policies and laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial account pipelines and required documentation.
• Oversee preparation and assembly of commercial accounts for completeness.
• Oversee assembly of small business lending accounts.
• Mentor and train branch personnel.
• Travel to branches to assist in opening complex memberships.
• Audit and maintain business account files.
• Assist with business development and cross-sell products.
• Support credit union staff and member inquiries.
• Provide ongoing training on procedures and compliance.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
