Job summary

One Community Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Business Development professional to drive growth onsite in Wisconsin. You will build relationships across commercial, municipal, and individual clients and collaborate with the Lending and Treasury teams.

You will lead referrals, present treasury and cash management solutions, and coordinate ACH origination and online banking deployments while engaging in community events to strengthen client retention and market presence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of banking experience or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture new relationships across individual, commercial, and municipal sectors through targeted referral and business development efforts.
• Sell Treasury Management and cash management products to both new and existing clients.
• Coordinate the implementation of services such as ACH origination and business online banking.
• Represent One Community Bank at community events to build brand and network.
• Cross-sell our range of treasury products to deepen client portfolios.
• Attend weekly sales meetings with the Market President to refine strategies for client retention and community engagement.
