Responsibilities

• Maintain Lake Ridge client portfolios and support requests
• Explain and support treasury management products and services to clients
• Assist sales with agreements and service implementations
• Prepare account analyses and maintenance of statements
• Provide on-site or remote training for TM clients when needed
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with Business Banking Lenders
