Job summary

FMB is seeking a Treasury Management Services Supervisor in Seal Beach, CA. You will lead a team responsible for implementing and supporting treasury management products for small business and commercial clients.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring high-quality client onboarding, and maintaining compliance with bank policies. Strong knowledge of TM products, onboarding, and risk controls is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Treasury Management implementation, onboarding, and support experience.
• Professional certifications such as AAP or CTP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing treasury management team.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation for complex client relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and SLA attainment to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Compliance to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across Treasury Management activities.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
