Job summary

First Bank Chicago seeks a leader for Treasury Management Service & Delivery to guide onboarding, implementation and ongoing servicing of commercial deposits and treasury products. You will manage a team, coordinate vendor relationships and ensure service quality across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes process improvement, training, and collaboration with risk and contracts teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery of services to business clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years of business banking/treasury management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of prior management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of product and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Treasury Management Service & Delivery team, establishing priorities and coaching staff.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation and ongoing servicing for commercial deposit and treasury products and services.
• Monitor vendor performance and coordinate corrective actions; support vendor reviews and renewal planning.
• Review and maintain product agreements, applications, and related documentation; ensure audits and exams support.
