Job summary

First Bank Chicago in Northbrook, IL seeks a Vice President to lead Treasury Management Service & Delivery. You will oversee product management and client servicing for commercial deposits and treasury programs, guiding onboarding, implementation and ongoing servicing.

As a senior leader, you will set priorities, coach staff, manage vendor performance, and ensure strict adherence to policies and audits. You will partner with Treasury Management Sales and other departments to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years in business banking/treasury management.
• 5+ years of prior management experience.
• 3+ years of product and project management experience.
• Microsoft proficiency; Fiserv experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Management Service & Delivery team; set priorities and coach staff.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation and servicing for new/existing clients.
• Monitor vendor performance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and maintain policies and procedures.
• Provide SME assistance to Commercial Client Services on treasury products.
