Job summary

The position is full-time with hybrid options and at least 10 years in financial services. A CTP designation is preferred, along with proven self-sourcing and successful team selling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or similar.
• Minimum of 10 years in a financial institution.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
• Ability to self‑source opportunities with a track record in team selling and lead sharing.
• Minimum of 5 years of RFP experience and ability to create proposals.
• Current understanding of treasury management products, cash-flow cycles, and working capital.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess and manage risk/fraud; understands value propositions.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service for internal and external customers and address needs, questions and concerns promptly.
• Prepare pro‑forma analyses of customers’ product sales potential and pricing proposals.
• Review and analyze current and potential commercial relationships and recommend suitable products and services.
• Contribute to marketing and sales programs for treasury management; develop prospecting and sales materials and reporting for the sales cycle.
• Prepare contracts and documentation for Treasury Management products in line with policies.
• Collaborate with other departments on Commercial Banking proposals and RFPs.
• Maintain knowledge of treasury management solutions and pricing to stay competitive.
• Leverage reporting tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Perform duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
