You will develop growth strategies, manage key client relationships, and coordinate RFP responses while collaborating with loan, wealth management, and insurance teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of banking, treasury management, or financial services experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management products, banking, and regulatory requirements.
• Must be able to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury management growth and business development strategies.
• Manage relationships with key clients and prospects.
• Responsible for completion of RFPs and proposals for all branch locations.
• Coordinate the delivery of all bank products to major accounts.
• Lead the development of treasury management product strategy and presentations at branch level.
• Mentor treasury management team members and business partners.
