Job summary

TriState Capital Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales and Strategy Manager to execute the treasury management sales strategy and lead the sales team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of: sales, business development, deposit-centric industries sales or treasury management sales experience

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery level proficiency in all Depository and Treasury Management products.
• Participates in joint and independent sales calls for the Treasury Management Sales Team to cross-sell products.
• Consults with existing and prospective deposit-centric clients by phone and in person to learn their business and industry trends.
• Assists in developing sales processes, procedures, and departmental goals and initiating strategies to improve team results.
• Oversees Marketing collateral as it relates to depository and Treasury Management products and educates internal partners and clients.
• Provides technical support for complex Deposit and Treasury Management sales calling efforts.
• Effectively manages operational risk and compliance.
• Facilitates new processes, tools, communications and training to ensure the bank’s success.
• Acts as a brand ambassador for TriState with every prospect.
