The role builds Treasury Management knowledge, enhances analytical skills, and contributes to a consistent client experience through accurate research, pricing support, and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience or interest in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, or financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, and collaborate effectively.
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to develop Treasury Management knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn pricing, CRM, and workflow systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with TMOs to support client and prospect opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Conduct client, prospect, portfolio, and industry research to inform strategy and cross-sell.
• Assist with pricing models, proformas, profitability analysis, and pricing requests.
• Prepare and coordinate client-facing materials, proposals, and RFP support.
• Manage sales-support requests from intake to completion and track status.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Product, Operations, and Client Care to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Develop knowledge of Treasury Management products, pricing, processes, and systems.
