Job summary

Altabank in Spanish Fork, Utah is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Specialist to drive TM business, commercial deposit growth, revenue generation, and new client acquisition.

You will support Treasury Sales Officers, help implement TM services, and streamline client on-boarding while maintaining ongoing client inquiries and needs. Schedule is M-F 8-5 at branches in Utah. Competitive benefits offerings accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Treasury Management, business banking, or sales-related customer roles.
• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• A college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with treasury and depository clients.
• Participate with the Treasury Management Officer to support client planning and data needs.
• Prepare Account Analysis Comparisons and sales presentations.
• Prepare formal treasury reviews for top TM clients.
• Assist with product pricing and client problem resolution as needed.
• Adhere to Altabank Core Values and maintain professional client communication.
