Equity Bank in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate to support officers with pricing, presentations, and portfolio activities. The role focuses on acquiring knowledge to become a Treasury Management Officer with growth toward full account responsibilities.

You will work closely with treasury sales officers to gather deposits, sell treasury services, onboard new clients, and ensure compliant onboarding and documentation across treasury products.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to learn banking systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Treasury Management Officers with sales activities, pricing and presentations.
• Cross-sell treasury management products to new and existing customers.
• Onboard new treasury management customers and coordinate documentation.
• Attend client meetings via phone to discuss banking solutions.
• Track sales activities and participate in annual reviews and risk reviews.
