Equity Bank is hiring for a Treasury Management Officer in Cedar Falls, IA. This on-site, full-time role focuses on expanding client relationships, delivering treasury services, and ensuring accurate documentation and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking or treasury related role.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and retention capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales opportunities by identifying client treasury management needs.
• Consult with clients on the phone and in person; know their business.
• Ensure SLA’s are met daily and documentation is accurate.
• Resolve client issues and provide technical support as needed.
• Manage day-to-day ACH, Wire and Remote Deposit needs/risk.
