Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking a Treasury Management professional to support business clients with TM products, pricing, and services. You will lead fraud discussions, collaborate with the Sales Officer, and help onboard new small business clients.

The role requires strong communication, detailed analysis, and the ability to work across teams in a client-facing capacity. Travel to meet clients may be needed in a private office setting in Austin.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Five years banking experience; 5+ years related experience in Treasury Management sales/product/support.
• Knowledge: Treasury Management products, services, procedures, and practices; strong problem analysis and client rapport skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and pricing.
• Lead fraud discussions with clients and prospects and educate on options after fraud.
• Contribute to revenue growth by adding new accounts or services to existing relationships.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork for new small business clients and add Treasury Management services.
• Work with retail bankers to educate and identify TM leads.
• Provide SME support to internal staff as needed.
