Job summary

SouthState Bank seeks a Treasury Management professional to manage and expand TM services for small business clients. You will educate clients on product options, lead discussions with sales officers, and onboard new customers while collaborating with retail bankers to uncover leads.

The role requires deep TM knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements with accuracy. Office-based role in Austin with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5 years banking experience; 5+ years related Treasury Management sales/product/support.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and pricing.
• Educate clients on fraud options and assist with treasury management strategies.
• Lead client calls with Treasury Management Sales Officer and develop relationships.
• Assist with onboarding new SMBs for Treasury Management services.
• Collaborate with retail bankers to identify TM leads and opportunities.
• Provide SME guidance to internal staff and participate in TM projects.
