• Sell the full suite of First Citizens Bank's payments products and services with a focus on technology-forward payment solutions.
• Assess customer needs and recommend strategies; negotiate pricing to optimize profitability; provide market-competitive solutions.
• Review client portfolios to identify gaps in cash management products or opportunities to expand relationships; be a trusted advisor in payments.
• Establish and maintain high client satisfaction across your portfolio.
• Develop sales strategies to meet sales and product penetration goals.
• Partner with senior Managers in the Commercial Bank to achieve cross-sell goals.
