Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience in Treasury Sales.
• HS diploma/GED with 6 years' experience in Treasury Sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell the full suite of First Citizens payments products and services with a focus on technology forward payment solutions.
• Assess your customer needs and recommend effective strategies; negotiate pricing to optimize profitability; and provide market-competitive solutions for clients.
• Review client portfolios to determine gaps in cash management products or opportunities to expand existing relationships. Be recognized as trusted advisor in payments products and services, including having your finger on the pulse of emerging technologies.
• Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction across your assigned portfolio.
• Develop sales strategies to meet sales goals and product penetration goals.
• Partner with senior Managers in the Commercial Bank to achieve cross sell goals.
