Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of banking experience, including work with business clients.
• Experience with Treasury Management, business banking, or related deposit services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and market banking solutions.
• Knowledge of payment risks, fraud prevention, and operational controls related to business banking.

Aufgaben

• Acquire, deepen, and retain business banking relationships with a focus on Treasury Management and core deposit growth.
• Partner with commercial lenders and retail bankers to identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate new business through outreach, networking, and community referrals.
• Develop client presentations and proposals, and recommend Treasury Management and other business banking solutions.
• Support clients through onboarding, implementation, training, maintenance, and online banking needs.
• Track sales and service activity in the Bank's CRM system and provide Treasury Management training to internal teams.
• Monitor industry trends and support the rollout of new Treasury Management offerings.
• Complete required client documentation and stay current on regulations, payment risks, and fraud-prevention practices.
• Represent the bank at networking and community events, including occasional after-hours events.
