Job summary

Rosedale Bank in Perry Hall, MD, seeks a Treasury Management Officer to develop relationships with business clients and drive core deposit growth through Treasury Management services.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of banking experience, including work with business clients.
• Experience with Treasury Management, business banking, or related deposit services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and market banking solutions.
• Knowledge of payment risks, fraud prevention, and operational controls related to business banking.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, deepen, and retain business banking relationships with a focus on Treasury Management and core deposit growth.
• Partner with commercial lenders and retail bankers to identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate new business through outreach, networking, and community referrals.
• Develop client presentations and proposals, and recommend Treasury Management and other business banking solutions.
• Support clients through onboarding, implementation, training, maintenance, and online banking needs.
• Track sales and service activity in the Bank's CRM system and provide Treasury Management training to internal teams.
• Monitor industry trends and support the rollout of new Treasury Management offerings.
• Complete required client documentation and stay current on regulations, payment risks, and fraud-prevention practices.
• Represent the bank at networking and community events, including occasional after-hours events.

Rosedale Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to develop and deepen relationships with business clients while driving core deposit growth and expanding the use of Treasury Management services.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for existing and prospective business clients, learning how their businesses operate and connecting them with Treasury Management services and banking solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with commercial lenders, retail bankers, and Operations throughout the sales, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service process.

This position is based at the Perry Hall Corporate location and requires local travel within Maryland. The successful candidate should have the flexibility to accommodate client needs and participate in networking and community events that may occasionally take place outside normal business hours.

What You'll Bring

• 7–10 years of banking experience, including experience working with business clients.
• Treasury Management, business banking, commercial banking, or related deposit-services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, market banking solutions, and identify business needs.
• Knowledge of payment risks, fraud prevention, and operational controls related to business banking and Treasury Management.
• Strong client service, presentation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, business online banking platforms, and standard office technology.
• Sound judgment, including the ability to recognize and appropriately elevate operational or compliance risks.
• A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct.

WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to remain in a standing position for long periods of time (50% of the time)
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Bending required to access the coin vault, ATM and night drop.
• Ability to work at other branch locations based on business need.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends and flexibility during the week.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
