Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of banking experience with business clients.
• Experience in Treasury Management, business banking, or related deposit-services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, deepen, and retain business banking relationships with a focus on Treasury Management and core deposit growth.
• Partner with lenders and retail bankers to identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate new business through outreach, networking, and community referral relationships.
• Develop client presentations and proposals and recommend Treasury Management solutions based on client needs.
• Support onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing service for clients.
