Tradition Capital Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Specialist in Scottsdale, AZ. You will deliver high-touch client service, assist with onboarding Treasury Management products, and support cross-team collaboration to implement new services.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, account monitoring, and timely processing of transactions, with compensation and title reflecting experience in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years in customer service or banking.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Ability to interpret policies and maintain compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch client service onboarding and ongoing support for Treasury Management products.
• Collaborate across teams to implement new Treasury Management offerings and upgrades.
• Monitor accounts for data integrity and regulatory compliance; prepare periodic reports.
• Perform risk mitigation reviews of Treasury transactions and maintain documentation.
• Process exceptions (ACH, wires, checks) accurately and timely per policies.
• Coordinate onboarding of Treasury services and respond to feedback to improve client experience.
