Job summary

Native American Bank is a one-of-a-kind institution focused on serving Native communities. The Treasury Management Associate supports onboarding, servicing, and day-to-day administration of Treasury Management products and services for clients and internal partners.

This role emphasizes accurate execution, timely support, and a high level of service across Treasury Management operations, working within a hybrid schedule near Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in treasury management or related financial roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• General knowledge of bank products and services
• General knowledge of Jack Henry core banking platform (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general questions regarding treasury management products and services
• Facilitate account openings and maintenance
• Onboard Treasury Management solutions
• Maintain understanding of the banks’ products and Treasury Management services
• Assist the implementation of new Treasury Management products and services
• Identify root causes of errors and elevate issues as needed
• Cross-sell the bank’s other products and services to clients
