Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking a Treasury Implementation Specialist to manage onboarding of Treasury services for commercial clients across our footprint. You will coordinate onboarding plans, execute legal paperwork, and provide client training for Treasury products.

The role requires collaboration with clients and internal partners to ensure an exceptional client experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential for success in this office-based role in Oklahoma

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Advanced banking knowledge or treasury management knowledge preferred.
1–3 years banking or office experience or equivalent higher education experience.
PC computer skills required, including use of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Onboard Treasury products and services for existing and new Treasury clients.
Own onboarding process, train clients, and ensure accurate documentation.
Escalate and resolve risk issues promptly while maintaining client experience.
Maintain professional relations with clients and internal partners; coordinate with various departments.
