Job summary

Tri Counties Bank in Chico, CA, is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Specialist I to deliver superior customer service, onboarding support, and contract services for Treasury Management clients and Business Express. You will support online banking platforms and treasury products, including RDC, ACH, and Wire processing, while collaborating with Sales and Product Delivery teams.

Role requires basic product knowledge, regulatory awareness, and the ability to train staff and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 0 - 2 years of banking/financial services experience, preferably in operations.
• Ability to learn new computer skills and retain system knowledge.
• Ability to communicate with customers and navigate multiple computer systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic treasury system issues (password resets, PIN resets, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Processes, reviews and tracks input of business customer online banking agreements.
• Provides excellent customer service to Treasury and Business Express clients and assists Branch employees per service standards.
• Follows procedures for all business online banking products.
• Guides customers on RDC, ACH, and Wire processing ensuring compliance with risk limits and regulatory controls.
• Identifies and resolves client issues across sales, vendor, and relationship teams to ensure service quality.
