Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist II in the Dallas area. You will lead onboarding and implementation for Business Banking and Commercial clients, coordinating multi-entity structures and ensuring smooth go‑live with treasury services.

Responsibilities include review of entitlements, testing coordination, and post‑live support. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential to balance risk controls and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years in treasury management, banking operations, or related client implementation/service roles.
• Experience supporting Business Banking and Commercial Banking portfolios is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
• Coordinate multi‑entity implementations and centralized treasury models.
• Review entitlements, user roles, and approval workflows to align with policy.
• Coordinate testing and cutover for ACH, wires, RDC, and reporting services.
• Provide advanced product support and act as escalation point for complex onboarding issues.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Treasury Sales, Operations, Risk, and Product to deliver solutions.
