Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist II to lead onboarding and implementation for complex Business Banking and Commercial clients. You will coordinate multi-entity implementations, server as a PM, support treasury services, and mentor junior specialists.

You will partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, Risk, and Product to deliver end-to-end solutions while upholding policy, regulatory, and data integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in treasury management, banking operations, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in treasury management or banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for Business Banking and Commercial clients, including multi-entity structures.
• Provide advanced product and service support for treasury management solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert for treasury products and workflows.
• Coordinate and review entitlement structures, user roles, and approval workflows.
• Mentor junior specialists and collaborate with Relationship Managers and Treasury Sales.
• Ensure compliance with policy, procedure and regulatory requirements.
