Job summary

Plumas Bank is seeking a full-time Roaming Client Services Specialist to work across our Sierra Region, including Quincy, Portola, Susanville, Reno and the Lake Branches. Travel to other bank locations will be required, with a base location within the listed travel area and 40 hours guaranteed.

Overnight stays may be needed to support staffing. The successful candidate will have two years of teller/banking or cash handling experience, excellent customer service and phone skills, and proficiency

• Two years teller/banking and/or cash handling experience required.
• Excellent customer service and phone skills.
• Dependability and good computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Roaming between Quincy, Portola, Susanville, Reno and Lake Branches to provide client services.
• Travel to other bank locations as needed; may require overnight stays.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Two years prior teller/banking and or cash handling experience required. Excellent customer service and phone skills, dependability, and good computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook required. Must be able to work in a team environment and establish and maintain customer relationships.
