Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of banking, treasury management, or financial services experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management products, banking regulations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury management growth and business development strategies.
• Manage relationships with key clients and prospects.
• Oversight of RFPs and proposals for all branch locations.
• Coordinate delivery of bank products to major accounts.
• Partner with loan, wealth management and insurance divisions for development.
• Mentor treasury management team members and drive revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws and Code of Ethics.
