Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for assigned treasury products.
• Drive design, launch, and lifecycle management of new products and services.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and profitability to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Product Directors, Product Managers, business lines, and internal teams to deliver cohesive customer solutions.
• Manage product performance, revenue goals, and profitability while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, timelines, and communications to implement initiatives.
• Ensure products and processes align with legal, audit, credit, and regulatory requirements.
• Build product knowledge and training resources for internal teams and external clients.
